Henry J. Varga

Henry J. Varga was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 7, 1927 to Edward (Imre) Varga and Emerencia Palinchar Varga. He was the sixth of seven children. Henry graduated from East Technical High School in Cleveland and the University of Colorado in Boulder as an Electrical Engineer. He worked as a Professional Engineer on various particle accelerator projects in Milwaukee, Chicago, Iowa, Indiana, and San Diego. Henry served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He was a member of the American Legion Post #89 in Minocqua, WI. Henry married Mary Volz on June 18, 1955. They were married 66 years. Mary and their five sons and five grandsons survive him. Henry was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Henry and Mary attended Holy Family Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Tuesday February 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
